Kuleba: Energy coalition will help Ukraine prepare for next winter season
Following the G7+ ministerial meeting, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba declared the readiness of the energy coalition to help prepare for the next winter and invest in long-term energy modernization of Ukraine.
"After yesterday's attack by the Russian Federation on the energy system of Ukraine, today we held the G7+ ministerial meeting which was convened by my Japanese colleague Minister Hayashi, chaired by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken," Kuleba said, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on Facebook.
As noted, the energy coalition is ready to meet Ukraine’s urgent needs, will help prepare for the next winter season, and will invest in Ukraine's long-term energy modernization.
As reported, on the night and morning of March 9, the Russian Federation launched a massive missile and drone attack on Ukraine.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 34 out of 48 Russian Kh-101/Kh-555 and Kalibr cruise missiles.
As a result of the Russian missile attack, power generation and distribution facilities in eight regions were damaged.
