Ukraine has already exported more than 37.6M tonnes of grain and leguminous crops

For the nine months of the current marketing year (from July 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023), Ukraine exported 37,639 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops.

“In the current marketing year, Ukraine has exported 12.88 million tonnes of wheat, 2.276 million tonnes of barley, 17.5 thousand tonnes of rye, and 22.163 million tonnes of corn,” the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine informs.

At the same time, from July 2021 to March 31, 2022, Ukraine exported 44.943 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops, including 18.399 million tonnes of wheat, 5.643 million tonnes of barley, 161.9 thousand tonnes of rye, and 20.439 million tonnes of corn.

In March 2023, 5.341 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops were exported from Ukraine (1.428 million tonnes in March 2022), including 1.542 thousand tonnes of wheat (307 thousand tonnes in March last year), 226 thousand tonnes of barley (7 thousand tonnes), 1 thousand tonnes of rye (Ukraine did not export rye in March 2022), and 3.559 million tonnes of corn (1.108 million tonnes).

In 2022/2023 MY, Ukraine exported 154,000 tonnes of flour (88,500 tonnes in 2021/2022 MY).

As reported, since the beginning of the grain corridor operation, from August 1, 2022 to March 26, 2023, Ukraine exported 25.9 million tonnes of agricultural products.
