NABU conducting investigative actions in Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) is conducting investigative actions in some structural units of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration.

The Zhytomyr Regional State Administration reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform. 

"Today, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine is conducting investigative actions in some structural units of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration," the statement said.

It is noted that the RMA cooperates with the NABU as much as possible, providing the necessary documents and information.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, an interagency investigation team consisting of NABU detectives and the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) investigators under the procedural guidance of  the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) prosecutors served a notice of suspicion to a former deputy minister and former head of a department of the Ministry of Defense of abuses in the procurement of food for the Armed Forces.
