It is noted that the loan funds were transferred to the general fund of the state budget of Ukraine following the implementation of measures envisaged as part of the Accelerating Private Investment in Agriculture Program.

The loan funds were provided within the framework of the loan agreement (Accelerating Private Investment in Agriculture Program) between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).

As reported, the loan agreement under the Accelerating Private Investment in Agriculture Program between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) was concluded in August 2019.
