Thus, the legislative act provides for amendments to the Air Code of Ukraine. According to the amendments, aircraft used by the Ministry of Internal Affairs are classified as state aviation.
The subjects and objects of aviation activity of the MIA system should be included in the state aviation, since the MIA system has aircraft, institutions, organizations and educational institutions that operate them to fulfill the tasks of ensuring national security and defense, protecting the population, supporting the activities of the National Police, the State Border Guard Service, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the National Guard.
As reported, today the Verkhovna Rada terminated the agreement between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus on mutual protection of state secrets.
