International partners provide over EUR 4B in support of Ukrainian enterprises – PM

As part of various programs, international partners have provided more than EUR 4 billion in support of Ukrainian enterprises.

The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Our allies also support Ukrainian business and our economy. Under various programs, international partners have provided more than EUR 4 billion in support to Ukrainian entrepreneurs,” Shmyhal said.

In his words, the largest amount of financing was provided to Ukrainian businesses by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the German Government’s state bank, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

A reminder that Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated earlier that more than UAH 1 trillion had already been spent Ukraine’s defense sector this year.
