State Property Fund raised UAH 6.2B to budget since year-start
Since the beginning of 2023, the State Property Fund of Ukraine has raised UAH 6.2 billion to the state budget, mostly through privatization auctions.
The Fund’s press service said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
“The State Property Fund has earned UAH 6.2 billion for the state since the beginning of 2023. This is the result of the State Property Fund’s work in the areas of privatization, lease and management of state-owned enterprises," the report says.
Over this period, the largest amount of funds was raised from the privatization of state assets - UAH 2.916 billion. Also, VAT revenues from the sale of facilities amounted to UAH 523 million, lease of state property - UAH 636 million, net profit and taxes of state-owned enterprises - UAH 2.12 billion.
The Fund reminded that the most expensive assets sold as of November 8 were the Hermitage Hotel in Kyiv (UAH 311 million), RivneTorf (UAH 205 million) and the Ust-Dunaysk Commercial Sea Port (UAH 201 million).
As reported, fifty online privatization auctions are scheduled for November, with the total starting price of all lots amounting to almost UAH 133 million.
