Ukrenergo: Power outage schedules to be in effect across Ukraine tomorrow from 20:00 to 22:00

On Thursday, June 13, hourly power outage schedules will be in effect across Ukraine from 20:00 to 22:00.

According to Ukrinform, the national power grid operator Ukrenergo announced this on Facebook.

"Tomorrow, June 13, regional power distribution companies will apply hourly power outage schedules throughout Ukraine from 20:00 to 22:00," the statement said.

At the same time, Ukrenergo noted that there would be no restrictions for critical infrastructure facilities and enterprises that import 80% of electricity for their needs.

As reported, on Wednesday, June 12, Ukrenergo twice suspended the application of power outage schedules to a later date. The reason for the reduction in restrictions was a significant number of consumers who were cut off from power due to bad weather.

As of the morning of June 12, more than 38,000 consumers in seven regions across Ukraine were without power supply due to adverse weather conditions.
