Consumers in six regions of Ukraine have no electricity supply due to hostilities

As of the morning of June 17, consumers in six regions remain without power supply due to the hostilities.

The Ministry of Energy reports this, according to Ukrinform.

In particular, 50.6 thousand consumers in the Donetsk region are without electricity due to shelling, 3.7 thousand in the Zaporizhzhia region, 4.2 thousand in the Sumy region, 40 thousand in the Kharkiv region, and 1.5 thousand in the Chernihiv region. 2,840 consumers in Kherson remain without electricity, and 25.8 thousand in the region.

The weather has left 1,062 customers in the Chernihiv region, 893 customers in the Sumy region, and 22 legal consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk region without electricity. In addition, an overhead power line in the Dnipropetrovsk region was disconnected due to unauthorized actions, and some customers are without power.

Due to technological reasons, 1,736 customers in the Odesa region were cut off from the power supply.

Over the past day, on June 16, power companies supplied power to all consumers who were left without electricity due to bad weather in the Kherson and Kharkiv regions. Electricity supply was also restored to 25.8 thousand consumers in the Donetsk region, 4.6 thousand in the Zaporizhzhia region, and 432 consumers in the Sumy region.

As reported earlier, on Monday, June 17, two lines will be shut down from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. according to the schedule.
