“I am pleased to have held the first meeting with the present Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Arsenio Dominguez. We discussed the security of grain corridors, Ukraine’s port infrastructure and navigation in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, which is being blocked by Russia. I emphasized that the theft of Ukrainian grain, committed by the enemy, must be prevented and punished in accordance with international law,” Zaluzhnyi wrote.
