Less than 1,000 Ukrainians change place of voting in parliamentary elections
As of June 18, a total of 9,632 voters have already changed temporarily their place of voting in snap parliamentary elections scheduled for July 21, 2019.
According to the data published on the website of the State Register of Voters, most citizens, who changed their place of voting, are registered in Donetsk region (3,174 people) and Luhansk region (1,727 people).
Most often, the place of voting was changed for Kyiv (2,100 people), Kyiv region (1,015 people), Donetsk region (852 people) and Kharkiv region (786 people).
243 voters temporarily changed the place of voting by electing a polling station at the overseas electoral district.
The relevant application should be submitted not later than five days before the snap parliamentary election day, i.e. until July 15 inclusive.
As a reminder, Ukraine’s snap parliamentary elections are scheduled for July 21.
