Filling station on fire in Kyiv, three people injured
A fire has broken out at a filling station in Kyiv’s Dniprovskyi district. Three people were reported injured.
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian State Emergency Service on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“In Kyiv, firefighters are extinguishing a fire at a filling station in the Dniprovskyi district. Thirty professionals and five equipment units have been involved in the firefighting works so far,” the report states.
Information about casualties is yet to be updated.
According to the mass media, the affected filling station is situated on Brovarskyi Avenue, near Darnytsia metro station.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported on Telegram that two victims had been taken to hospital. One more person is being examined by medics and will also be taken to hospital.
Emergency services continue working at the scene.
