Baby killed in car explosion found in Kharkiv region

In the Kharkiv region, the body of an infant who died as a result of a car explosion the night before was found.

Serhii Bolvinov, the head of the investigation department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, reported this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"We found a two-month-old girl who was killed by a Russian mine. The blast wave threw her 15 meters away from her mother. The search has been going on since yesterday, the first to go were the explosive experts who checked the area," said Bolvinov.

As reported, the family car hit a mine near Tsyrkuny in the Kharkiv district. According to relatives, there were six people in the car.

According to police, the family was traveling on a dirt road through the forest and hit a Russian TM-62P anti-tank mine. The driver, his sister, her two adult children, and two grandchildren were killed.
