Airplane with 223 passengers on board makes emergency landing in Athens

On Friday, a London-Cretan flight with 223 passengers on board made an emergency landing in Athens due to a possible hydraulic system malfunction.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by Ekathimerini.

The emergency landing of the passenger aircraft was made at Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport in the Greek capital. The plane was en route from London to Chania on the Greek island of Crete.

According to preliminary data, the plane had a problem with the hydraulic system, which necessitated an emergency landing.
