Italian military plane crashes in Australia

An Italian fighter jet crashed during international military exercises in Australia.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by ANSA.

It is noted that the Italian Eurofighter crashed over the Northern Territories of Australia, but the pilot managed to eject and was not injured.

It is not yet known what exactly caused the accident.

As reported earlier, the international Pitch Black exercise is underway in Australia, involving about 140 aircraft and 4,500 military personnel from 20 countries.

As Ukrinform reported, a Saurya Air plane crashed in Nepal after takeoff, killing 18 people.
