Zelensky appoints Bohdan as head of Presidential Administration

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Andriy Bohdan as head of the Presidential Administration.

The decree to that effect, No. 304/2019, has been published on the website of the head of state.

"In accordance with Part 3 of Article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, taking into account paragraph 3 of Part 3 of Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Civil Service,' I resolve to appoint Andriy Yosypovych Bohdan as head of the Presidential Administration," the decree reads.

Bohdan is a Ukrainian lawyer. He worked as a government commissioner for anti-corruption policy in the Cabinet of Ministers led by Mykola Azarov (2010-2014). He is known as a lawyer of Ukrainian businessman Ihor Kolomoisky. He served as a legal advisor to Zelensky during the presidential election campaign.
