Zelensky appoints two deputy heads of his office

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed two deputy heads of the Office of the President.

In particular, the head of state signed decree No. 675 of September 10 appointing Andriy Smyrnov deputy head of the Office of the President and decree No. 676 of September 10 appointing Ihor Zhovkva deputy head of the Office of the President.

Smyrnov is a lawyer, managing partner of the Smirnov & Partners law firm. Zhovkva is a diplomat. He held the post of head of the main department of foreign policy and European integration at the Presidential Administration since 2014 and headed the State Agency for Investment and Management of National Projects.
