Zelensky will not travel to Minsk for Victory Day – President's Office

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will not travel to Minsk (Belarus) for Victory Day celebrations, the press service of the President's Office has told Ukrinform.

"President Volodymyr Zelensky is not going to Minsk on May 9," the press service said.

Earlier, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko ruled out the possibility of canceling a military parade to mark Victory Day.

The World Health Organization is concerned about the decision of the Belarusian authorities to organize large-scale celebrations on May 9 despite the coronavirus pandemic.
