Bodnar receives copies of credentials from newly appointed Apostolic Nuncio to Ukraine

On September 8, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vasyl Bodnar received copies of credentials from newly appointed Apostolic Nuncio to Ukraine Visvaldas Kulbokas.

The interlocutors noted the positive dynamics of the political dialogue between Ukraine and the Holy See, discussed topical issues of bilateral relations.

The the Apostolic Nuncio said that his key priority in office is to bring bilateral cooperation to a qualitatively new level.

Bodnar and the Apostolic Nuncio also discussed the implementation of humanitarian projects in Ukraine.

As Ukrinform reported, Archbishop Visvaldas Kulbokas, a former adviser to the Nunciature, became was appointed new Apostolic Nuncio in Ukraine.
