Establishment of Ethics Council crucial for judicial reform in Ukraine - G7 ambassadors

G7 ambassadors have said that the establishment of the Ethics Council at the High Council of Justice is crucial for judicial reform in Ukraine.

According to Ukrinform, the ambassadors announced this on their Twitter account.

"G7 Ambassadors welcome the establishment of the Ethics Council to the High Council of Justice. Alongside the High Qualification Commission of Judges, this is crucial for comprehensive judicial reform, which G7 members continue to support politically, practically & financially," the tweet reads.

International partners, including the EU, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, the United Nations Development Program and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, in a joint statement on November 9 congratulated Ukraine on the establishment of the first composition of the Ethics Council.
