Russia's aggression: Biden preparing initiatives to make it 'very, very difficult for Putin to go ahead'

U.S. President Joe Biden has said he is preparing a set of initiatives to make it more difficult for Russian President Vladimir Putin to take military action against Ukraine.

He said this in a speech at the White House on Friday, December 3, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"What I am doing is putting together what I believe to be the most comprehensive and meaningful set of initiatives to make it very, very difficult for Mr. Putin to go ahead and do what people are worried he may do," Biden said.

Biden stressed that his administration had been "in constant contact" with Ukraine, as well as allies and partners in Europe.
