Actions by Ukraine's partners will help prevent worst-case scenario - Zelensky
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said he is convinced that determination and coordinated actions by Ukraine's partners in NATO and the European Union will help prevent the worst-case scenario in relations with Russia.
According to Ukrinform, Zelensky wrote this in a post on Twitter.
"I am grateful to the EU leaders and the NATO North Atlantic Council for their solidarity with Ukraine and clear calls on Russia for immediate de-escalation. I am confident that vigor, coordinated actions of our partners will prevent the worst-case scenario. We are working together for peace," the tweet said.
Zelensky paid a working visit to Brussels on December 15-16, where he took part in the sixth summit of the Eastern Partnership initiative.
