Zelensky discusses current situation with Johnson

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the current situation with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

“After the NSDC meeting, discussed the current situation with Boris Johnson,” Zelensky posted on Twitter.

The President added he was urgently preparing an address and after that would hold talks with President of the European Council Charles Michel and President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

As reported, during his 55-minute speech on Russian TV, Russian president Vladimir Putin recognized the independence of the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic” and “Donetsk People’s Republic” and signed the relevant decrees. Putin instructed the Ministry of Defense to ensure "the implementation of peacekeeping functions" in these territories.
