"For us, our independence, territorial integrity, and sovereignty are non-negotiable," Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak told French TV channel TF1 in an interview, Ukrinform reports.

The last face-to-face round of negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations was held in Istanbul. The Ukrainian delegation put forward a number of proposals to end the war, including the signing of an international agreement on security guarantees for Ukraine.
