Ukraine PM calls on WHO to move regional office from Moscow to Kyiv

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal has called on the World Health Organization to move its regional office from Moscow to Kyiv.

That’s according to a statement posted on Shmyhal’s Telegram channel following a meeting with the WHO chief, Ukrinform reports.

"The terrorist state has no place in international organizations. I stressed this during a meeting with WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus,” the prime minister wrote.

In addition, the prime minister of Ukraine and the WHO chief discussed the global threats posed by Russia's war against Ukraine, including possible food and migration crises.
