Stefanchuk arrives in Berlin to participate in G7 conference
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk has arrived in Berlin, where he will take part in the Conference of Speakers of Parliament of the Group of Seven countries.
The relevant report was published on the parliament’s website, Ukrinform reports.
"I will devote the next few days to bilateral meetings and participation in the Conference of Speakers of Parliament of the Group of Seven countries," Stefanchuk said.
He said that for Ukraine it is a historic chance to join a meeting of world significance.
"And, of course, this is an opportunity to talk about Ukraine. About priority needs, short-term tasks and long-term prospects! In particular, at the session on Russia's aggression against Ukraine – consequences for a new international security architecture,” Stefanchuk said.
