He reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform

"Grateful to the UK Government. I have no doubt that King Charles III will build on the progress achieved by his mother," he wrote.

Shmyhal said that at the invitation of the British side, the Ukrainian delegation arrived in London today to pay their respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and express their condolences on behalf of the President, the Government and the people of Ukraine.

He said the Queen enjoyed great public respect and affection in the United Kingdom. "She was also admired far beyond the borders of the Kingdom, in including Ukraine," Shmyhal wrote.

"Most Ukrainians will remember Her Majesty because of a simple but important fact. She was a head of state who was one of the first to extend a helping hand when Ukraine faced the barbaric Russian invasion. The state that is still doing its utmost to bring our victory closer," Shmyhal said.
