Ukrainian president, Dutch PM discuss protection of Ukrainian territory, energy, grain

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte have discussed defense cooperation, including the protection of the sky over Ukraine and the restoration of the country's energy infrastructure.

The head of state said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"I spoke with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte. We discussed further cooperation as for defense of our territory, especially from the sky. We discussed the recovery of Ukraine's energy infrastructure and supported the continuation of the grain deal," Zelensky said.

He also expressed hope the Netherlands would support Ukrainian initiatives at the UN.

Earlier reports said that the Netherlands would send 15 million euros worth of anti-aircraft missiles to Ukraine.
