Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has informed the President of the UN General Assembly, Csaba Korosi, about Ukraine's position regarding the illegitimacy of Russia's presence in the UN Security Council.

The Ukrainian foreign policy chief said this on Twitter, according to Ukrinform.

"I met with the President of the UN General Assembly, Csaba Korosi, to discuss efforts to end Russian aggression. We focused on Ukraine's Peace Formula and the need to defend the Black Sea Grain Initiative. I also shared in detail Ukraine's position on illegitimacy of Russia's presence in the UN Security Council," Kuleba said.

On February 24, with the participation of foreign ministers of many countries, including Ukraine, the UN Security Council will host an open debate dedicated to the one-year anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
