A meeting of the National Security Council of Türkiye took place in Ankara with Ankara's peaceful efforts to end the Russian-Ukrainian war as one of the agenda items.
"The negative consequences of the war, which has been going on between the Russian Federation and Ukraine for more than a year, and its impact on the stability of other countries in the region and security in the Black Sea have been assessed," says the document based on the results of the Security Council meeting, Ukrinform reports with reference to DHA news agency.
"Efforts will be continued to establish durable peace, support regional stability, and eliminate the consequences of humanitarian crises," the document says.
