President Zelensky delivers speech at Royal Castle in Warsaw
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has addressed the Ukrainian and Polish communities on Royal Castle Square in Warsaw.
The Head of State started his speech with the words ‘Slava Ukraini!’ and an address in Polish, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Now, in the heart of the Polish capital, Ukrainian hearts are reaching out to each of the Polish hearts. It is an honor for me to be here. I speak to you with words of gratitude and strength. Gratitude, because there are no more such moments, when we would be separated, when we would not be united. Ukrainian and Polish hearts stand for one freedom, for mutual independence of our states, for our native Europe, our common home. And we will win,” the President of Ukraine said.
Earlier, President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda also delivered his speech at the Royal Castle.
A reminder that, on April 5, 2023, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska are paying a visit to the Republic of Poland.
