Zelensky enacts NSDC decision on sanctions against 51 individuals, 220 legal entities
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky enacted by his decree the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) on the imposition of personal special economic and other restrictive measures on 51 individuals and 220 legal entities.
Decree No. 307/2023 was published on the website of the Head of State.
In accordance with Appendix 1 to the Decree, the President put into effect the NSDC decision dated May 27 "On the imposition of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)" on 51 citizens of the Russian Federation.
According to Appendix 2, Zelensky enacted sanctions on 220 legal entities, including both Russian and foreign companies. In particular, sanctions were imposed on JSC Railway Trading Company, LLC Innovative Technologies of Lubricants, and LLC Oboronregistr.
Sanctions were also imposed on the Cypriot companies Search Location Limited, 2GIS Local Search Limited, the Czech company Navitel S.R.O., and LLC Navitel Ukraine which is registered in Ukraine.
As reported, on April 22, the President by his decrees put into effect the NSDC decision on the imposition of personal special economic and other restrictive measures on 40 individuals and 382 legal entities.
