Deputy PM Vereshchuk, heads of Donetsk and Luhansk regions discuss preparations for de-occupation
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk and the heads of the Donetsk and Luhansk regional military administrations discussed preparations for the de-occupation of the regions.
"Today, together with the heads of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Pavlo Kyrylenko and Artem Lysohor, we worked on preparing for the de-occupation of the regions: plans for priority actions, personnel, material and technical reserves, etc. We are preparing. In advance," Vereshchuk posted on Telegram.
As the Ministry of Reintegration posted on Telegram, Kyrylenko and Lysohor reported on the preparations: formation of coordination bodies and preparation of priority action plans for the stabilization and reintegration of the de-occupied territories.
Detailed plans are developed in such areas as security, restoration of activity of government agencies, humanitarian response, medical response, infrastructure restoration, economy, social protection, etc.
"Donetsk and Luhansk regions are the most affected by Russian aggression. Therefore, one of the key tasks will be the restoration of critical infrastructure. The support from our international partners will be important here," the Deputy Prime Minister said.
