Zelensky holds a meeting on results of NATO Summit
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting on the results of the NATO Summit in Vilnius.
“I held a meeting on the results of the NATO Summit in Vilnius. Our team of international relations experts, the Government, the Office,” the Head of State posted on Telegram.
Zelensky noted that each agreement reached for Ukraine with partners in Vilnius is now transforming into concrete steps to ensure that all agreements become concrete results.
The President expressed the belief that a good summit should yield good results.
“We are preparing the content for the work of the NATO-Ukraine Council. We are preparing to sign agreements with partners on security guarantees for Ukraine on the way to NATO. We are preparing the basis for the next NATO Summit in Washington. It is already impossible to imagine NATO without Ukraine, and we will constantly add more strength to our cooperation,” Zelensky stressed.
As reported, G7 agreed on the Joint Declaration of Support for Ukraine on the sidelines of the NATO Summit in Vilnius.
The framework document provides an opportunity for concluding further bilateral agreements with guarantor states.
