Kuleba invites Czech government, companies to Ukraine’s Defense Industries Forum
At a meeting with Czech National Security Adviser Tomáš Pojar, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has invited the Czech government and companies to Ukraine’s Defense Industries Forum.
The head of Ukrainian diplomacy said this in a post on the social platform X (formerly known as Twitter), reports Ukrinform.
“I met with Czech National Security Adviser Tomáš Pojar for in-depth talks on further developing our defense cooperation. I also invited the Czech government and companies to Ukraine’s first Defense Industries Forum this fall,” he noted.
The MFA of Ukraine also posted on Telegram that Kuleba repeated his appeal to Czech companies at a meeting of Czech ambassadors. In his speech, the minister emphasized that at the first Forum, Ukrainian and foreign manufacturers will be able to create joint ventures, conclude alliances, sign contracts and open new opportunities for joint growth.
In his speech to the Czech diplomats, Kuleba said that some argue that the provision of weapons inflames the conflict, but in fact, stopping the supply would not end the war, because the path to a just and lasting peace is through victory on the battlefield.
As reported by Ukrinform, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba is visiting the Czech Republic on August 28. This week, the foreign minister will also visit France and Spain.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the first Defense Industries Forum will be held in Ukraine this autumn.
