Ukrainian, Canadian officials discuss implementation of Ukrainian Peace Formula

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak and National Security and Intelligence Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada Nathalie Drouin have discussed further steps in cooperation between the two countries and the implementation of the Ukrainian Peace Formula.

That's according to the Office of the President of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

The two spoke about the organization of a series of thematic conferences dedicated to the implementation of the points of the Peace Formula.

They also discussed the outcome of the first Global Peace Summit.

Yermak thanked Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for participating in the Global Peace Summit and personally Nathalie Drouin for moderating the panel on the release of prisoners and the return of deported Ukrainians.

Yermak noted the importance of Canada's support for the Joint Communique on a Peace Framework adopted at the Summit and expressed confidence that more countries and international organizations would join it.
