Zelensky dismisses Borzov as governor of Vinnytsia region
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed Serhii Borzov as head of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
The presidential decree to that effect, No. 380/2024 of June 25, has been published on the website of the head of state, Ukrinform reports.
Borzov was dismissed from the post in accordance with his statement of resignation.
The Cabinet of Ministers earlier agreed to dismiss Borzov as Vinnytsia regional governor.
On June 25, the official tendered his resignation due to health reasons.
Borzov was appointed head of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration on June 19, 2020.
