At a meeting in Kyiv, Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán and President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the future of Europe, security issues, international law, and the Peace Formula.

The head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Much has been done for this visit. An important conversation about the future of Europe, security, international law, and the Peace Formula," Yermak wrote.

As reported, Viktor Orbán arrived in Kyiv on Tuesday, July 2, on an official visit for the first time since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

On July 1, Hungary took over the European Union’s rotating presidency for six months.

Earlier, Hungary had repeatedly blocked military aid to Ukraine from the European Union, as well as the imposition of EU sanctions against Russia and the start of negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU.
