Minister of Education and Science of Japan arrives in Ukraine
Japanese Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Science Masahito Moriyama has arrived in Kyiv.
According to Ukrinform, the Embassy of Japan reported this on Facebook.
"On 29 July, Minister Moriyama arrived in Ukraine," the statement reads.
During his visit, he plans to hold a series of meetings with Ukrainian colleagues to discuss joint projects and opportunities for further cooperation in the cultural and educational spheres.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, on 24 July, Deputy Minister of Defence for European Integration Oleksandr Balanutsa and Japanese Ambassador Matsuda Kuninori discussed further security cooperation between the two countries and the recently signed Agreement on Support for Ukraine.
