Zelensky presenting Ukraine's Victory Plan in Parliament

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived at the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine's Parliament) to present Ukraine’s Victory Plan.

The Plan includes five points: the first is geopolitical, the second and third are military, the fourth is economic, and the fifth focuses on security. President Zelensky outlined these points during his address in Parliament, as reported by a Ukrinform correspondent.

The session, attended by the President, Prime Minister, members of Parliament, ministers, military leaders including Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasyl Maliuk, Head of Defense Intelligence Kyrylo Budanov, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, as well as foreign guests and ambassadors, began with the Ukrainian National Anthem and a moment of silence to honor the fallen defenders.

Afterwards, the President commenced his speech.

Previously, President Zelensky presented the Victory Plan to the leaders of major European countries, emphasizing that joint actions are urgently needed in the coming months.
