After Russia's shelling of Sumy, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal emphasized that Russia demonstrates a desire to continue terror and called on the world to increase pressure on the aggressor country.
He wrote about this in Telegram and showed photos and videos of the consequences of the Russian missile strike, Ukrinform reports.
