Hungary recognizes Ukrainian COVID-19 vaccination certificates

Ukraine and Hungary have agreed on mutual recognition of COVID-19 vaccination certificates.

“It’s official: Ukraine and Hungary have mutually recognized COVID-19 vaccination certificates. From June 11, one can travel with domestic certificates of full vaccination cycle. I congratulate my colleague and friend Péter Szijjártó on the successful implementation of our agreement. This is the first EU country to make such a decision,” Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba posted on Twitter on June 10.

On May 18, Kuleba informed that the Ministry was working on bilateral recognition of national vaccination certificates with neighboring countries.
