More than 37 tonnes of humanitarian aid delivered to occupied territories of eastern Ukraine
More than 37 tonnes of humanitarian aid have been delivered to the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the press service of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine has reported.
"Today, on September 22, three trucks delivered humanitarian goods weighing a total of 37.2 tonnes to Russia-occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions," the report reads.
The cargo was transferred from all member states of the Geneva Conventions that make contributions to the global budget of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
The trucks with humanitarian aid crossed the Novotroitske entry-exit checkpoint.
On September 15, a truck delivered 6.5 tonnes of humanitarian goods to Russia-occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
