Kyiv records seven COVID-19 deaths in past day
Kyiv city recorded 465 new coronavirus cases on September 23, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote on his Facebook page.
Since the start of the pandemic, the total number of confirmed cases has reached 232,049 in Kyiv.
Among people who have contracted COVID-19 over the course of the past day are 252 women aged 18-93 years, 164 men aged 18-92 years, 28 girls aged between eight months and 16 years, 21 boys aged between four months and 17 years.
Seven lethal cases related to COVID-19 were recorded in Kyiv on September 23 (5,359 in total).
At the same time, 115 people have recovered over the course of the past day. In total, 219,751 Kyiv residents have overcome the disease.
As reported, Ukraine recorded 9,058 new COVID-19 cases on September 23.
