Over 236 tonnes of humanitarian cargo delivered to occupied territories of eastern Ukraine
More than 236 tonnes of humanitarian cargo has been delivered to the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the press service of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine has reported.
"Today, on September 29, humanitarian cargo weighing a total of 236.39 tonnes has been delivered to Russia-occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions," the report says.
The cargo was transferred from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
Twenty trucks carrying humanitarian aid crossed the Schastia entry-exit checkpoint, according to the ministry.
On September 15, one truck delivered 6.5 tonnes of humanitarian goods to Russia-occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
On September 28, humanitarian cargo weighing 16.36 tonnes was delivered to Russia-occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
