Kyiv records 546 new COVID-19 cases
Kyiv city recorded 546 new coronavirus cases on October 24, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote on his Facebook page.
Since the start of the pandemic, the total number of confirmed cases in the capital has reached 251,786, he wrote.
Among people who have contracted COVID-19 over the course of the past day are 301 women aged 19-100 years, 201 men aged 18-88 years, 23 girls aged between four months and 17 years, and 21 boys aged between four months and 17 years.
As many as 27 lethal cases related to COVID-19 were recorded in Kyiv on October 24 (5,900 in total).
At the same time, 59 people have recovered over the course of the past day. In total, 226,447 Kyiv residents have overcome the disease.
As reported, Ukraine recorded 14,634 new COVID-19 cases on October 24.
