Zelensky says hospitals are provided with oxygen for COVID patients

President Volodymyr Zelensky has assured that Ukrainian hospitals are provided with oxygen for COVID-19 patients.

He said this at a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities in Odesa, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

“As to the issue of oxygen. As far as I know, we have enough oxygen, at present hospitals are provided with it, but we also read and hear, some media report that there is no oxygen in Ukraine,” the Head of State said.

In this regard, Zelensky called on the regions to report to him about the volumes of oxygen and which regions lack it.

As Ukrinform reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky is on a working visit to Odesa region on October 29.
