Kyiv records more than 2,000 new COVID-19 cases

Kyiv city recorded 2,002 new COVID-19 cases on November 10, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.

"As many as 2,002 coronavirus cases have been confirmed (274,770 in total),” he wrote on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

Among people who have contracted COVID-19 over the course of the past day are 1,123 women aged 18-100 years, 746 men aged 18-95 years, 63 girls aged between four months and 17 years, and 70 boys aged between 2 months and 17 years.

Fifty-one deaths related to COVID-19 were confirmed on November 10 (6,728 in total).

According to Klitschko, 276 patients with coronavirus, 173 patients with suspected COVID-19 and pneumonia were hospitalized on November 10.

At the same time, 1,437 people have recovered over the course of the past day. In total, 237,588 Kyiv residents have overcome the disease.

As reported, Ukraine recorded 24,747 new COVID-19 cases on November 10.
