Kyiv records 1,631 new COVID-19 cases
Kyiv city recorded 1,631 new coronavirus cases on November 22, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote on his Facebook page.
“As many as 1,631 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the capital over the past day, 35 people have died. Overall, 7,249 lethal cases from the virus have been recorded since the start of the pandemic. A total number of confirmed cases has reached 289,694,” he wrote.
Among people who have contracted COVID-19 in Kyiv over the course of the past day are 913 women aged 18-91 years, 606 men aged 18-90 years, 57 girls aged between seven months and 17 years, and 55 boys aged between one month and 17 years.
According to Klitschko, 130 patients with coronavirus, 209 patients with suspected COVID-19 and pneumonia were hospitalized on November 22.
At the same time, 1,466 people have recovered over the course of the past day. In total, 247,424 Kyiv residents have overcome the disease.
As reported, Ukraine recorded 12,729 new COVID-19 cases on November 22.
