Almost 120,000 Ukrainians vaccinated for COVID-19 over past 24 hours

As many as 119,129 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in Ukraine over the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has said on Facebook.

According to the report, 39,006 people received their first dose, and 79,969 people were fully vaccinated. Some 154 people received an additional dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

A total of 27,603,218 doses have been administered in Ukraine since it launched the COVID-19 vaccination campaign, with 14,461,447 people receiving their first dose, 13,141,446 people receiving both doses, and 325 people getting an additional dose.

A total of 6,363 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Ukraine on December 21.
